Rates For Tides Turn
1. The Regular Rate is $350.00 a day, with a three day minimum.
2. $250.00 refundable security deposit when booked direct with us.
3. $260 cleaning fee. We will refund any of this fee that is not actually spent of housekeeping.
4. Returning Guests are given a 10% discount (except on holidays ).
5. Winter rate is up to 25% off regular (except holidays).
6. Book 7 nights for the price of 6 nights.
Before we “book” a guest visit we must confirm availability of housekeeper as we have only one!
If guest wants to confirm their rental, we will then email or mail a “Terms & Conditions” agreement, then guests will have 5 business days to return the agreement and ½ of total rentals rate including the deposit to confirm the booking. The 2nd half of the total rental rate is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
We do take credit cards through Paypal for guests but charge 3% of rent and housekeeping expenseContact Mary on instructions for this option.
